Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped First Class with no tracking.

For large or commercial orders, shipping will be on an as needed basis.


Priority Overnight is available for Orders Placed by 12PM Central Time: $40.00

Shipping to Canada and International: please email us at for international availability and shipping rates.

Can I edit or update my order once I have submitted it?

Orders are processed right away to ensure we get your products to you as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee a modification or cancellation of your order after it has been submitted. You may need to place a new order and return your initial order if it is eligible for return; please reference our return policy.

How do I know if my order was received?

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order details. When your items ship you will receive an email with tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Note on CBD Effectiveness: Everyone’s experience with CBD is a little different and there’s no guaranteed or standard reaction. Some people find a very small dosage of CBD to work for them while others need much more. CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individual’s specific goals. In addition, the advice and claims we can make are limited by restrictions placed on dietary supplements by the FDA—Please consider reading scientific articles on the effectiveness of CBD for your circumstances. It’s also important to understand that you won’t necessarily feel anything when using CBD (you or your pet will not feel "high", "drugged" or "drunk").

How do I Request an Exchange?

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at before sending your product back.
